Hi,
I have set-up shipping for two regions (UK & Ireland), by one method (post). One currency chosen only (£)
I have the shipping charges set-up as attached (same ranges for each region, just different rates)
When I place an item in the basket and choose UK (rates attached) the shipping charge is £0.53, which is more than the actual rate.
I have removed Taxes from the Shipping & Taxes field and checked under the Products that no other shipping charges apply.
Can anyone enlighten me as to why it isn’t correct?
Thanks
OK, got it sorted.
For anyone coming after with the same problem, you need to reset the Currency Rate for GBP to 1.00 (it is 1.88 by default)
Are you using royal mail Tommy ? is it same to Ireland as to uk costs.

Sorry for delay in replying (I hadn't notifications turned on)
Yes, I'm using Royal Mail for delivery but rates for delivery to Republic of Ireland are quite a bit higher than those within the UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland is same as UK rate, as it is in the UK.
Check Republic of Ireland delivery charges (under International / Overseas) on http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder
