My customer tried to make check out with more than 400 merchandise in his cart. It was more than $3,000. When he tried it, it said that the “Unfortunately, this shipping address is unavailable”. I am wondering why it does that.
The same thing happend with other customer before, who tried to check out over $1000 order.
I am not sure it’s because the amount is too big. We had someone who made order over $2000 with no problem.
I would really appreciate it if someone can answer this.

This is most likely because of the 150 Lb single parcel weight limit “problem” in CS-Cart when using realtime shipping providers. Do these orders you are mentioning have a total weight in excess of 150 Lbs?
