Shipment Information not showing in customer order section

I'm having an issue wherein my customers cannot see any shipment information under their order information screen. I tried to act on behalf of one of my customers and sure enough, it isn't showing any of the tracking information. I can see the shipment information on the admin side just fine. Below is a screenshot of what my customer sees on their order info screen.





Anyone have any ideas?

The problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
