Shipment Info Tab

When a customer views their orders, there is a tab for “Shipment Info”. This area is blank for all of our customers. Is there somewhere that it has to be enabled?

When you ship the items to the customer you need to login and create a new shipment in the order page. The link is down about half way on the right.

In the shipments page you add the tracking number and stuff.

Once the shipment is created the customer should then be able to view this info.

You used to be able to just add a tracking number, but I think you now can only create shipments, but I could be wrong about this one.
