I am looking to develop a cart that is styled much different than the stock designs included in cs-cart. More along the lines of these sites that use cs-cart:

I wanted to know if there was anyone out this using cs-cart with this type/style of cart design that is willing to share parts or all of it to help me. I am not looking to copy your site. I am however looking for a way to jump start my project and speed up the development processes.
Or if there is a template like this I can purchase then modify I would also be open to that.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

These designs still use the blocks, they just have HEAVY css between the menu bar and the footer.
