I was installing the cs-cart on localhoat in windows and after installation i got this error. Service Unavailabl. Sorry, Service is Temporarily unavailable.
You have to "Enable" the storefront in admin area.
Check page source code (Ctrl + U). It there is an error, you should see error text at the bottom of the page
make sure the storefront name is set in admin too
