Hello all, I’m new to cs-cart and have a shipping question. I live in the States and will only be shipping in the States. My carriers are FedEx and Conway Freight, FedEx I have setup as “realtime” and Conway Freight I have setup as “manual.” I have everything configured and is working perfectly for both shipping methods, only one thing I cannot seem to figure out.
Question: If I have a customer that buys “Item A” that is available for FedEx shipping and “Item X” that is only available for freight shipping. How can I break these two shipping options apart in the checkout process?
In other words, whenever I add multiple items to my cart that has FedEx shipping, everything processes correctly through the checkout. It’s when I add a freight item to the shopping cart with “Item A” type products it reverts to freight only. FedEx is ignored and/or not given as a shipping option in the checkout process, it’s all bulked under the freight item (price is not reflective either). I want the customer to have the ability to ship via FedEx for their "Item A’ purchases, then have a separated shipping charge for the “Item X” freight purchase. Do I put a disclaimer on my site, items that require freight shipping must be purchased separately?

Assign all items X to a supplier and the supplier to the shipping option, that way both options will be selected and customer pays for both.
