Seller Info on vendor dashboard givin a "service unavailable error"

hello

where i click on seller info from the vendor admin page i get a service unavailable error.

similarly when i click on All vendors when vendors are loaded.

<<uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
at index.php?dispatch=companies.catalog:27:5 >>>

this is the error i get when i inspect the page. Please advise how to fix. (I have limited programming knowledge).

Please make sure that the Maps and Geolocation addon is set up correctly
