I would like to let all of our clients know how much we appreciate your patronage and we hope to continue to provide quality addons at reasonable pricing.
As one client found out recently, in order to do this, it is important to verify orders before delivery on certain products.
We have had to change our policy to restrict downloads on products with a purchase price of $40 or more until after the order has been manually verified.
I know this causes a bit of inconvenience, but it has been deemed essential for us to continue to offer competitively priced solutions.
