Secure Connection Failed

i have SSL certificate installed and validated but cannot activate the secure connection, My installation is in public html.

I read the knowledge base but i don't know what it is mean

If your server is Unix-based and the secure directory is on the same server as the public_html directory, there must be a symbolic link in the secure directory to public_html: that way you only need one CS-Cart installation on your server for both HTTP and HTTPS.

It helps enable the SSL, but i don't think it solves the curl 28 error which make the https error connection time out.

Try to address this issue to hosting administrator. People say that it can be caused by Google DNS
