Error: Oops, something went wrong (parsererror). Please try again.
Warning: Add-on “Searchanise (beta)” is incompatible with the following add-ons: Age verification. These add-ons will be automatically disabled.

Hello
If you have problems with connecting to Searchanise after the upgrade to 3.0.3, please have a look at
http://forum.cs-cart…to-version-303/
I was happy to enable Searchanise without any problems, however…
After doing so, I lost about 1/3 of all my products in my store! They were accessable via the admin, but all the url's were wrong and they were not reachable from the front end.
Disabeling Searchanise corrected the problems.
So, unfortunately, no searchanise for me, it screws up my entire webshop.

Same problem here, Searchanise stopped working after upgrade to 3.0.3 sql query doesn't work. If you click on 'Manage' loading symbol will dissapear and the content of the addon wont show up. Any solutions to this problem?
Kind regards Michael

We checked everything thoroughly, but still were not able to reproduce the problem.
Could you provide an FTP access to your store via customer helpdesk http://helpdesk.cs-cart.com
in order that we investigate the problem in more detail?
Please set the ticket title “for Searchanise team”
Kind Regards.
I myself am unable to login at the Helpdesk pages, because I bought CSCart via a company that offers your software. I have asked them to send in a ticket.
Thanks for your message, I found out what was causing this problem. If you have the latest Safari installed you need to do the following:
Go to Safari > preferences
go to 'privacy'
you need to find “block cookies”
Select “Never”
This fixed my problem.
I don't think this is really fixed. How would a customer doing a search know this or even want to change their settings?. CS-CART should still find a solution for Safari Browsers, if possible.
Bob
From my experience most browsers are not set to block cookies by default.
Even if they do block cookies, search is done via a GET and is therefore stateless. Shouldn't be any need for a cookie. However, if cookies were blocked the user wouldn't be able to create a session and couldn't login or add items to the cart.

Cookies are not required for search in the customer area, they are required for authorization of a user only.
At the moment we have checked once again - the admin area of Searchanise works if the “block third party cookies” setting is selected.
Yes I mean the search was working but I couldn't configurate it because, the searchanise screen which normally loads up was blocked becuase my cookies were blocking. Hope its clear Anyways it seems to work right now.
