I have 1 issues with import/export of items in cs cart
1: When i export the items i will get a “?” in the word, no matter where it is…Description, item name etc. The reason is because i live in scandinavia and here we use a few letters that no one else uses. Like Æ, Ø, Ã…
How can i fix it so the export uses the right letters?
2:The same issue here. I am trying to import items to CS Cart and when i use scandinavian letters in description, categories etc it comes all messed up after the upload. It will show like this

What must i do to fix this? It would save me ALOT of work if there is a fix for this
