Says no shipping options are available

I’ve changed something in the config and don’t know what. Someone called to say they tried to order a product and the message saying no shipping options were available. I’ve had a look but I’m missing the obvious. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Are you using the supplier addon?



If so, go into shipping/taxes > shipping methods > make sure your shipping option is enabled. Once enabled, click on Edit for that shipping method and make sure all of your suppliers are highlighted. In doing so, you are applying that shipping method to the supplier. If you have multiple shipping methods, make sure you do this for each method.
