Hi everyone,
I’ve got a problem with one of the sales reports within CS Cart and I really don’t know what to do with it.
I created a report that pulls all the orders into a bar graph that shows the daily results. Well, something went wrong with it and whenever I try and view the report, it maxes the servers CPU to 100% and we have to restart apache (basically shuts the whole damn server down).
Here’s my problem, the report is the first report in the list. So right now I can’t even access my sales reports because it tries to pull this daily report and shuts everything down.
Is there a way I can delete the custom report?? How do I get in and do it outside of clicking on the “Sales Reports” link? Is there a place on the backend it’s stored or is it in the database? Or possibly just reset it to defaults?
Hope someone has an idea because I’m totally stuck
--------------- EDIT -----------------------
I did finally figure it out - I just used the link to the manage reports list and deleted it from there and I’m at least good to go for now. Is this kind of thing common in CS Cart’s reports? Just wondering if I should be worried about putting together a report and what kind of stuff I can’t put in it.

With sales numbers like that how can you complain?
Hehe I wish I still don’t know what caused it. Maybe a bug in that specific combination of attributes but I can’t remember what I did exactly to replicate it.
