In your admin back end, Design>site layout
paste your script to the text displayed area, remember don’t break the directory structure, like put your folders in your root dir.

js & css where?
sorta got it working on my site that im testing. i’m a complete newbie at this stuff but theres a folder in the root “js” i put mine in there.
dont know anything about css
