I have activated the RMA module. I have completed the Orders-Return Requests- sections.
When I visit the store on line I do not see where the customer can list the product that He wants to return, or even make a request. Going to the “My Account”, section shows a “Return Requests” selection which brings up a page with seems like a search for return requests already recieved ( it appears) see screne shot attached.
I would like to replace this with my own form (see screen shot attached) but do not know how to do this. I dont know what Happens (if anything) if I delete the RMA. I dont know where to find the listing for the MY Account section to Include a link for my form.
Am I missing something with the RMA module?
