I was just notified by a customer they didn’t receive their rewards points so I went in and looked and sure enough they aren’t being added to any orders. Is there something I am missing besides the settings under add-ons and the rewards points under the catalog tab?

They are only added after the order has been processed
My status is set to processed by default because I am selling digital goods… any suggestions?

the order status has to be set to “completed” for the points to be added…
