Reward points

is there anyone that can explain to me what is the following feature mean:

  • “Price in points” is recalculated taking into account discounts
  • “Points” is recalculated taking into account discounts

    Thanks

It means what is says.

  • “Price in points” is recalculated taking into account discounts

If the price in points is regularly 100 points and there is a 10% discount in effect, the price in points is 90 points.

  • “Points” is recalculated taking into account discounts

The the points awarded is regularly 100 points but there is a 10% discount in effect, only 90 points will be awarded.

OK, thank. with your example it’s more clear to me.

When some buy item with point he/she collect them. when he/she decided to buy item does the system automatically use customer point in order to decrease the price?

The customer’s accrued points is shown in the cart/checkout where the customer can then redeem them. The points are not automatically redeemed.
