Reward Points Recalculate / 0 Points After Database Backup



we have an problem with our cs-cart installation. yesterday our database crashed so that we must use an backup.

All works fine but alle Customers have "0" Reward Points.

Log History is fine - all Transaction / Activitys with Rewards Points are on the Userlog, but the System only add Reward Points from NEW Activitys (Orders, Coupons) on the Count.


Count before Crash: 500 Reward Points

Count after Backup: 0 Reward Points (but System show the 500 Points in log)

Customer place an Order -> get 10 Reward Points

Count after Delivery: 10 Reward Points

Is there any solution to recaluclate / reset the reward points count? (CS-Cart 4.3.5)
