Reward Points: Not Being Added To Customer Accounts

Hi,

I've set up the reward points on our website and all is fine. When a customer places an order their shown how many points they have earned, and as admins we can also see on their order the points they have earned (see photo). From my understanding when an order is put into the 'complete' status these points are then added to the customer's account automatically, however this isn't happening so at the moment i'm having to add these manually to their accounts.



Any help?

Thanks. I’ve read through this several times now and followed the instructions but the the points still aren’t being added



Are you using the google analytics addon ? There is an incompatibility between Reward Points an Google Analytics in 4.1.5



I had same problem but is was fixed when I turn Google Analytics off.



Look at the last post in this bug report for fix or just turn analytics off.
