I switched over to CS cart about 2 weeks ago. Generally it works fine but I have some minor issues.
Here with the rewards points: How can I set the points earned based on the order subtotal?
The problem is: I set it to 5% of the product value. Most of our products costs between $1.99 and $9.99. If somebody orders 20 different items for $1.99 each ($40 total), the customer get 0 points instead of 2 points.
