does any one have the same problem that i am facing now:
A customer ordered an item that cost $20. The price in points for this item is 20 points.
When he checks out of the shopping cart, he is able to just use 10 points and he can check out of the shopping cart and just pay $10, instead of the original $20 price.
The problem is i do not want the customer to be able to pay partially by points. If he does not have enough points he will have to pay by full fund payment.
anyone have any idea how to make this work?
I would also like to know if this is possible. We do not want our customers to “partially pay” with points for an item.

Did you find a solution to this? I’m trying to do something similar - I need to only allow points payment for some items.

There is no solution, it is a bug (or whatever you call it) in the system. I am having a programmer fix this for us at a cost.
