Hi CS Cart and Members:

We are having a major issue in finding the set up so customers can RETURN products.

This ability to return products is second nature to the ecommerce industry so I am sure this functionality is in CS Cart.

Can anyone help us with the pathway?

Any help will be appreciated.

And yes we have tried writting to CS Cart but the only reply we got was A: We will get back to you as soon as possible and later B: It will be in future versions.

That cannot be true.

No ecommerce website can exist with the ability to have returns. It is the most important functionality after ability to Sell.

Please let us know.

You need to make sure the RMA Add-on is active in the Add-ons Menu. The RMA should show up under Orders as Return Requests.

Yes, install the RMA addon. It's extremely basic though.

Also to create a RMA on an order make sure that the RMA return period is configured for the product.
