I recently dropped my hosting because lack of customer service, I backed up my cs cart website using the admin, database, backup file, then downloaded it to the pc and saved it.
When i signed up for cs cart again… and went to restore it I went into the admin, database, restore, uploaded it from my pc and clicked submit… nothing happened.
I contacted the support desk for the hosting and they said it was missing blocks.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. MY WHOLE WEBSITE IS IN THAT FILE!
it’s 350mb’s big and has over 100,000 products!!!
Safe all files on ftp, download it to your pc.
Save the mysql. file and download it to your pc
Now you upload all files from your pc to the other ftp.
now your download the script from [url]mysqldumper.net and with it you can upload a database with 1 gb no problem.
when you mysql database have installed all should work now.
they didn’t give me my cpanel information…
I have no way of going into the backend with cpanel.
Do you know how to get to cpanel from my cscart account?
