How do I reset the dashboard totals like today/week/month totals etc?
You don't. They are all generated from a SQL that uses the order's timestamp.
You could delete the orders… that would reset the dashboard totals, and reset the sales report. 
I’m also looking for a way to reset the reports. We have one sample order, and one actual order. Deleting either of them, or both, won’t do much, as what I see in the reports is based on I don’t know what, but it suggests we sold a bunch of products worth over $9,000. Which is not the case at all.
I don’t know where these numbers come from and what order time stamps have been used, but it makes no sense at all.
Is there actually a way to just, you know, reset the whole thing?
