Somehow one of our products was impossible to buy because there were two ‘required products’ added of which one is no longer in stock.
Only noticed this today when someone at an external Amazon-like platform bought it. As I always repeat those orders in our own store (and print the packing slip), both for stockkeeping and to alert buyer to our store.
Only then noticed the mistaken connection.
How do I find out whether other products are tied to ‘required’ products as well ?
