Remove Some Shipping Carriers

I have been asked to remove a few of the carriers that we will never use.

I poked around in the CS-Cart Database, and the .php Files as well, but I can't find how to remove them.

Australia Post

Canada Post

Swiss Post

Temando

DHL

Any Ideas.
