It seems that there is a restriction on company description in the profile fields, we intend to remove or hide it from the vendor panel but not manage to do it.
Can anyone tell me how to do that or any add-on that we can use to remove or hide the unwanted items including the one from 3rd-party add-ons from the vendor panel?

Hello!
You can disable the Vendor's Description profile field like any other (besides Company) field at the Administration > Profile fields > Vendor information page.
