How can I modify / remove some fields from Shipping address form?
Don't need any editorial work. Just turn off some elements in checkout template.

If you are using the current version i.e. 4.10.x then you can go to the Design-->Layout-->Checkout and then you can select the desired block. In the Content tab, you can edit/remove the non-required fields from the checkout page (https://prnt.sc/phe1r5). Or if you want to add any field and that field is not present, you will have to first add that field in the Administration-->Profile field.
If using the older version, please go to the Administration-->profile fields (For customers) and then you can add/remove the particular field from the checkout (https://prnt.sc/phe37b).
