I can get to it, if I use a direct link (mysite.com/admin?xxwhatever) but I cant remember what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Took hours, but found it. Its not showing on my install for whatever reason so I have to go directly to the URL:
admin.php?dispatch=upgrade_center.manage
Even after updating its missing, but I was able to add it to the quick menu for future reference. Thanks
