Redactor File Upload

Hi, anyone know if CS-CART has built in a file upload feature around redactor?

I am developing a knowledgebase addon which allows the creation of "Questions" and "Answers" for products. The answer for a product is a redactor and it would be great if there is a built in way to allow uploads to the server.

I understand that uploads also need to be handled server side and just hoping that there was cscart micro code "cm-" that enables this...

I see that the TinyMCE allows direct access to the images folder when inserting an image link, which is a start. My resources are PDFs, so it goes against my better judgement to use the images folder for this, but maybe I just have to suck that up
