Recommend a simple alternative to CS-Cart

I use CS-Cart for my main site and am perfectly happy with it! It’s an excellent product. I can personally recommend it having used for years.



However, for another site, which is just a catalogue site at present, I need something simpler.


  1. An ecommerce system with a good backend - not necessarily as good as CS_Cart, but allow to add/view/edit orders/customers/products etc.


  2. A very simple front end which I can just add an “Add to cart” button to existing pages. One I can create a checkout page matching the template of the exiting site.



    I would use CS-Cart, but I don’t think I can do #2 above.



    Any suggestions.

Go with OpenCart [url]404 Page Not Found and wait for the final release of 1.4.9



I use it for a few websites and so far so good.

Yea go with opencart, I also have a few sites running OC and they are actually starting to index better in Google then the CS sites, lots of inexpensive mods are available for OC to - Sno
