I am new to CS-Cart and I am having an issue with real-time shipping…I have set up accounts with both UPS and USPS.
When I run the test for shipping for UPS, I get the following error:
Packages must weigh more than zero pounds. ().
When I run the test for shipping for USPS, I get the following error:
Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight. / Please enter the package weight.
Somewhere in the scheme of things I missed inputing the package weight. However, after looking through the website over and over again and reading the manual and the knowledge base help sections…I’m still stuck. It seems that it should be simple but it’s driving me crazy.
Any ideas?
