Random Orders Being Charged Shipping Twice

Hi,



We're using 2.1.2



Random orders, 4 in the past week are being charged shipping wrong,



Our 2 shipping methods are:

  1. Standard 6.50
  2. Express 11.00



    We have had several orders arrive with

    17.50 or 13.00



    Anyone have any ideas?



    We havent changed any of the settings regarding shipping in over 2 years.



    We've had a fair few calls regarding the new higher rate that doesnt exist,

    We think we could be loosing a lot of sales over this

    We are sorry to hear that you experience such a problem.



    First of all please check your shipping settings according to this article in our Knowledge Base: CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation . If everything is set up correctly, it seems that the problem occurred because some standard real-time shipping services were updated. The necessary changes were included in CS-Cart version Professional 2.1.3 version and later versions. In your situation, I can only advise you to upgrade your store to the latest CS-Cart installation.

The results are not realtime calculated, they are fixed,



nothing has changed in this table in the past 2 years



only a small amount of orders are experiencing this problem

The problem requires the investigation on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide us with a temporary access to your server.

to clarify, we're using suppliers option to calculate shipping, this is charging users per supplier, ie 2suppliers, charging shipping twice, any ideas?

Thank you for the clarification.



When the “Suppliers” functionality is enabled, shipping methods are calculated for each supplier. This happens because products should be shipped to different supplier locations, so the customer should pay for different shipping methods for each location.
