QuickBooks Intuit Payment Processing Typical Nightmare?

We are trying to setup the Quickbooks Payment Gateway. I believe we did all the required steps but when you try to place an order, you just see that spinning circle and it says please wait indefinitely.

  • We registered the app in the production environment on the Developer website and verified it

Intuit App Name: Online Shopping Cart

    Intuit App Login: cart.ourdomain.com

    Intuit App Status: Active

    Intuit App Type: Hosted

    Intuit App Environment: Production

    Subscribe/Change/Cancel URL: https://www.ourdomain.com/payments/qbms_response.php

Created QBMS Connection and verified it is active for application: Online Shopping Cart

Private Key and CSR were generated using openssl

CSR was accepted and Certificate was signed by Intuit

Intuit Certificate and Private Key used to generate the CSR were put into qbms_cert.txt in the payments/certificate directory

Credit Card Payment method configured accordingly

In CS-Cart the Connection Ticket field is still blank, even after when remembered to go back in and “Use Connection” at quickbooks.

There was no mention of what to do with the CA cert that Intuit provides?

Is there a way to put the site into some sort of debug mode for payment processing so we can see what is going on when we submit the order as far as the payment gateway transactions?

Could it be because CS-Cart payment mode is Test and application is a production app not a test app on the Quickbooks side?

    CS-Cart Version 2.1.4

Ditch the QBMS and go with Intuit’s Innovative Gateway for Ecommerce. It is already integrated with CS-Cart and is straight forward.
