Can someone please explain the following lingo in plain language? This info is found in the Quick Search addon.
In order to generate a full search phrases catalog, open this link:
http://www.domain.com/admin.php?dispatch=quick_search.generate_catalog
Note: If the found search results are cached, the search results will be saved and will get back quicker. But you will have to clear the store cache each time a new product is added, otherwise, it will not be displayed in the search results if these search results have been cached. To clear the store cache use the clear the cache link.

then if you add product you must generate it again for it to show.
mostly the cache has to be done after most changes anyway so ususally will be natural, but when you add a product just do http://www.mysite.com/admin.php?dispatch&cc
