I'm a beginner user on cs-cart.
I try to find information on this forum but unfortunatelly, I did not find.
I would like to know how to check which email is send when an order status change?
I fund the different kind of email templates.
But, I don't know how those emails are "linked" with a changement in an order status.
The name of the corresponding template is equal to required order status
If you are NOT using the new email template editor, then the email template for all emails is standard and the subject and body are part of the Administration/Statuses/Order statuses data for each status. This is also where you select whether to notify clients, admins and vendors for each status.
And the only stupid question is the one that isn't asked.
