Quantity Discounts

Is setting a discount for product just a case of going into the qty discounts and adding it there? because I can’t seem to get it to work. I add the option but nothing happens.

Do you have the discount assigned to the correct user group?

Hi Bob,



I just assigned it to “All”



Just changed it to “registered” and still no go.

Does the quantity discount table appear on your product detail page? I just tried this in 2.0.14 and it works for me.

Yes it does show up but it don’t work.





I am having a lot of buggy probs with my upgrade.

Probably the problem is caused by that you defined the price in the quantity discount , which is bigger than the base one.



For example:

Quantity Price ($) User group

1 15 All

2 14 All



where $14 is the price for one item if the customer buys two items.

Thank you, that was the problem. I would not think of it working like that.
