I have created a product listing with multiple options (different colours) and set the cart to track the options inventory, I also have set up quantity discounts for the listing, however it seems to be treating each option as a separate item for the quantity discount.
i.e. if quantity discount is set to reduce the price if 5 or more items are ordered the cart only applies the discount if 5 of a single option (colour) is selected.
I want the cart to apply the quantity discount regardless of the option selected based on the total number of items regardless of option type.
Am I missing something or is this just not possible with quantity discounts?
you’re asking the system track by one means and to discount by another. Not sure that will work.
