Putting a | between each menu link

Hey,

I’m looking at modifying my store front web page so that the menu is in the following format

Home | Catalog | My Account | View Cart | Company

The menu is situated @

REMOVED

Does anyone know how I would go about modifying my menu to put the | between each link. Thanks

EDIT: Also is there a way I could put buttons in this location if wanted to?

It depends what top menu you are referring too.

The very top Quicklinks are in top_quick_links.tpl

The main top menu is in top_menu.tpl

The bottom menu is in bottom.tpl

All are in the root directory of the customer folder under your selected skin.

If you need to edit their styles use Firebug to find which style controls them.

Many ways to achieve what you want, 1px border on the in the list css would be ideal as apposed to a entity or character in the template.

#top_menu ul li.first-level span {
display: -moz-inline-box;
display: inline-block;
border-right: 1px solid #333;
}

Your site says you specialize in webdesign so this should be easy no?

Maybe i’m just a fake? haha.

Yeah I do dabble in a bit of webdesign. But i’m very new to CS Cart and still trying to work out where everything is.

EDIT:

What file would I need to look at to create my own buttons for the main top menu?. Not sure where I would put them.

CSS I think both dropdown.css AND styles.css
