Put Ip Address Into A Form

W have a form set up in out stire that sends info to our sales email, is there anyway to capture the ip address of the person that fills in the form and have it added to the email.

Yes, thats right I am doing the form with form builder *(V3.06 I may add) and I just need to see the ip address in the email body that is sent to my email when person completes the form.

please check configuration of your page, because it is possible to select the “IP address” type for field in the default cs-cart functionality.
