I hope someone can help me as it's getting to a desperate stage now where my customers site needs to go live but can't because of this issue.
I've been using the TRIAL version of CS-CART 4,2.3 and convinced my customer to buy it for the sole reason that it can calculate CART quantity promotions. My client has all products in certain categories $20 but wants to sell 3 for $50. I have setup these rules in the promotions and it was working great.
I finished of the shopping cart, purchased the software, upgraded to 4.2.4 and now the promotions are not working both on the live site and my local Xampp install.
I've restored to 4.2.3 on my local PC but it's still not working.
I'm at a loss as to why the promotions have stopped working since I tested it in TRIAL mode.
I have attached the rules & bonuses if someone can take a look please.
Any guidance or pointing in the right direction would be MUCH appreciated

Did you get an error message when you entered and activated the code ?
Did the promo have an expiry date ?

There is no need to enter promo code for that promotion. stryker, please try to disable all other promotions. If this does not help, please provide me with the screenshot of the General tab
