Why in promotions there is no way to exclude particular location? I want to give free shipping but some countries and zip's within countries price double in fee so I want to exclude those due to bad experience..
Locations are created to apply rules for similar countries, so why would I use or setup different requirement for individual countries when I already have for locations. Sure it can be done but it is a lot of work..
