Promotions.list - No List Displayed

No promotions display on my Promotions List page. I have an active promotion and the products for it do show that they have the proper discount available.

I thought domainname.com/index.php?dispatch=promotions.list

would list the active promotions. Page displays as domainname.php/promotions/ but have nothing in the list. I don't even get the text_no_active_promotions message

Debug:

SQL shows the query request is made: SELECT cscart_promotions.*...

Cache Query line 7: lang_cache::C_GET_promotions_list_en_USD

Templates > Variables > promotions: has an array of an array with the values of my one promotion

version 4.4.2 Ultimate

Not sure why the list is not displayed on the page.

Try to disable all third party addons if you have some installed and clean the cache.

If you have separate layout for the promotions.list dispatch, please make sure that the Main content block is enabled for this layout page

If you do not have separate layout for the promotions.list dispatch, please make sure that the Main content block is enabled for the Default layout page

Concerning this, is it possible to style the promotion page so that they are placed in blocks next to each other instead of under each other?
