Promotion by product stock quantity

Hello, can we arrange the promotion according to the product amount in stock ?
The aim is to make campaigns only for products in stock.
Between, Big, Small, Equal Etc.

There's no such functionality available in CS-Cart. You can't set up catalog promotion basing on product current stock.
A custom developed add-on would be required for it.
