Do you know how can i stop people from certain country from buying certain goods but not all goods.
eg. US customer are not allow to purchase product A but allow to buy Product B.
Please kindly show me the guidance to achieve this - thank you

I think you can do this using Localizations. As I recall from very limited testing, you can restrict purchases using the bill-to address. However, if someone has a allowed bill-to address, they can still ship to a different country. I would like to see Localizations allow you to specify both the allowed bill-to and ship-to locations.
