Profile fields are non existent on store 2 or 3 or 4 etc… only on main simbirsk store



Basically that’s the problem , nothing seems to show, if i switch to main simbirsk account i see all in profile fields…

if i switch to store 2 then i get nothing… and users don’t have neither signing up etc…

When you add Store 2+ in Ultimate, you need to check the box and select which items you also want to Share. Profile fields is included.



Otherwise, as 'All Stores' user, go to Customers>Profile Fields. Click Edit on the first field, on the Edit page, click the Share tab, and add Store 2 (and whatever other stores) to the list and save. Repeat for the remaining fields you want to share.
