Products in Newsletter

This add-on “Products In Newsletter” allows you to specify a certain number of products to be shown in your email newsletter.



Currently it has the ability to render two custom variables that can be typed into the newsletter body like any other variables CS-Cart currently supports (ie. %COMPANY_NAME) and creates a table of products with price, image, and title and allows the following settings:[list=1]

[]There are two new variables you can type into the newsletter body %PRODUCTS_SALES, and %PRODUCTS_DATE. If you use sales it will show products sorting by “Sales”, date will show products sorted by date added.

[]Specify how many products to show

[*]how many products per row

[/list]

Note: This does require adding one hook line to a core file. (very easy).
