Is there any option, add on or modification, so I can have field where I fill the manufacturers price of the products, so I can calculate the margin / profit to the retail price?
Not yet - SnoRocket have an addon for it here, but for me, that is not good enough. This sort of should really be included in the software, most free shopping carts already have this functionality.
