I would like to know if there’s an option/add-on or modification available, to enable variation changes to be done “smoothly” using AJAX or something similar, on the product details view.
Currently my instance loads a new page with the variation.

In this case product feature purpose should be “Variations as one product” instead of “Variations as separate products”
The thing is that it’s also a requirement to show variations as “separate products” in categories…
In this case custom development work is required
I ended up developing my own solution to this.
